The BG-DA-1X2AS is a high-performance HDMI splitter designed for professional applications. It offers the ability to split one 4K@60Hz input signal into two lossless copies, making it perfect for sharing a single device with two displays. The splitter supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 and HDCP 2.2, providing exceptional picture quality and stability.

One of the key features of the BG-DA-1X2AS is its selectable 4K to 1080P downscaler for each output, which allows for compatibility with legacy displays. This feature makes it a versatile choice for installations that require flexible and adaptable video solutions.

The splitter also features EDID settings, which can be easily configured to COPY or AUTO modes, to help ensure more stable and seamless HDMI connections in different display situations.

In addition to its video capabilities, the BG-DA-1X2AS also provides audio extraction via optical and 3.5mm stereo outputs, enabling it to send signals to external audio systems. The splitter supports a variety of audio formats, including LPCM, Dolby Digital/Plus/EX, Dolby True HD, DTS, DTS-EX, DTS-96/24, DTS High Res, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DSD, making it an ideal choice for professional audio and video installations.

Interfaces

  1. POWER LED: This blue LED will illuminate when the unit has a connected power supply.
  2. HDMI INPUT LED: This blue LED will illuminate when the HDMI IN has connected an active HDMI source device with an HDMI cable.
  3. HDMI OUTPUT LED: These blue LEDs will illuminate when the HDMI OUT port has been connected to an active display device with an HDMI cable.
  4. SERVICE port: Micro USB firmware update.
  5. EDID: AUTO: Compares OUT 1 and OUT 2 displays EDID settings.
    COPY: Copy the HDMI OUT 1 port EDID settings to the source device.
  6. Dial switch (4K→ 1080P): OFF: signal input and output is in bypass status.
    ON: signal input will downscale 4k to 1080P on toggled output.
  7. HDMI OUTPUT: Connect to an HDMI display device such as TV or monitor.
  8. OPTICAL OUT: SPDIF optical audio output.
  9. L/R OUT: 3.5mm stereo mini audio output.
  10. HDMI IN: Connect to an HDMI source device.
