What is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in BZBGEAR product.

What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of the product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with the product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by BZBGEAR to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of the product. This limited warranty does not cover cartons, equipment enclosures, cables or accessories used in conjunction with the product.

Without limiting any other exclusion herein, BZBGEAR does not warrant that the product covered hereby, including, without limitation, the technology and/or integrated circuit(s) included in the product, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the product may be used.

How Long this Coverage Lasts

BZBGEAR Pro AV products and Cameras come with a three-year warranty. An extended two-year warranty is available for our Cameras upon registration for a total of five years.

What BZBGEAR Will Do

BZBGEAR will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following three remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:

  • Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and restore the product to its proper operating condition.
  • BZBGEAR will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return the product once the repair is complete.
  • Replace the product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by BZBGEAR to perform substantially the same function as the original product.
  • Issue a refund of the original purchase price less depreciation to be determined based on the age of the product at the time remedy is sought under this limited warranty.

What BZBGEAR Will Not Do Under this Limited Warranty

If the product is returned to BZBGEAR or the authorized dealer from which it was purchased or any other party authorized to repair BZBGEAR products, the product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by you. If this product is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment BZBGEAR will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of the product from or into any installation. BZBGEAR will not be responsible for any costs related to setting up the product, any adjustment of user controls or any programming required for a specific installation of the product.

Return Policy

We Offer A 30-Day Return Policy:

Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Returned products must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in brand-new condition with all the packing material (i.e., accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging (including the UPC code being intact). Otherwise, returned items may be subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee or even a void of the return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage. If the product inside will be damaged during the transit, this may result in deductions or a void of the return. Products damaged by the customer will be returned back at the customer's expense with no refund.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. Defective items returned back to us within 30 days may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
