Splitters

A splitter divides a single signal into multiple signals, sending them to numerous TVs at the same time. This allows you to watch programming from one source (e.g., cable box) on multiple TVs.
Splitters are made in different video formats: HDMI, DVI, VGA, and other multifunctional analog signals. Advanced splitters can convert signals to travel over Cat or fiber cables. For this type of purpose, a receiver would be needed for each output. Many splitters now have PoE (power over Ethernet) capabilities, allowing such devices to pass electrical power over a Cat cable to power the receiver.
