Overview
The BG-B20SA is an 20X optical zoom IP-streaming camera that utilizes a high-quality Sony Exmor 1/2.8” CMOS sensor to deliver crisp HD video signals. Its design provides versatile placement options and ease-of-use in an unobtrusive housing. This camera is a valuable addition to a wide variety of A/V and broadcasting applications including studios, lecture streaming, room monitoring, and more.
Camera
With the ability to output resolutions up to 1080p@60Hz, the BG-B20SA offers exceptional quality. The 20X optical zoom allows crisp image delivery from a wide-angle to tight close-up shots. The camera can simultaneously output 3G-SDI and IP video streams. Stereo audio embedding is supported via the 3.5mm input.
The BG-B20SA supports multiple streaming protocols and compression formats including ONVIF, RTSP, RTMP, and SRT. This enables users to stream the output directly to sites like Facebook and YouTube. The combination of 3G SDI output and captive terminals for power make this camera especially well-suited to long distance cable runs, expanding placement and use case options.
Control
Designed for installation in remote locations, the BG-B20SA can be operated via LAN or serial (RS485) control. The web interface also provides a full suite of image adjustment options. It further supports PELCO-D, PELCO-P, VISCA, and IP-VISCA protocols, providing support for compatible joystick controllers.
