The BG-3GS12 is a 1x2 3G-SDI splitter that splits one SDI input to two SDI outputs simultaneously. With a signal relocking feature it can also extend a video signal for long distance transmission. This reliable and powerful tool provides consistent connections in a variety of different scenarios, like adding a second output for monitoring video feeds on a separate display, splitting the signal and cascading to multiple displays, or extending an SDI signal.
The BG-3GS12 supports a maximum resolution of [email protected] with 3G-SDI signal. The device also supports a wide range of data rates from 270 Mbps at the low end to a maximum bandwidth of 2.97 Gbps. There is also support for multiple deep color settings such as 8 bit, 10 bit, and 12 bit.
This splitter can also maintain SD signals for up to 200m (656ft), HD signals 120m (393ft), and 3G up to 80m (262ft). Multiple video resolutions are also available with this unit, including SD 480i, 576i and 625i, HD [email protected]/25/30/50/60, [email protected]/60, [email protected]/25/30, and 3G [email protected]/60. It further supports multiple color spaces, including RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4 sampled , YCbCr 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 sampled.
