Scenario:
- A company hosts a leadership meeting with in-room participants and multiple remote speakers joining via video conferencing platforms. The goal is a clean, professional experience for both sides.
Solutions:
- PTZ camera covering the table + optional side/rear camera.
- Joystick controller to adjust framing between speakers or angles.
- USB capture to feed into Zoom/Teams with clear video and audio.
- Production switcher to mix in slide decks, videos, or remote screen shares.
- Optional audio de-embedder to route HDMI audio into the room’s PA system.
Below is an example of our products being used in a conference with remote presenters. In the room we have 3 BG-ADAMO-JR’s bringing high quality 1080p video into our BG-QUADFUSION-JR production switcher which is being fed by USB into a laptop. This laptop can use that signal as a webcam meaning it can switch between any of the cameras in Zoom with a simple press of a button. The laptop is also wirelessly connected to our BG-CONNEXIO which means it can project the Zoom meeting onto the screen in the room and allow remote presenters to show off what they have. We’ve also paired a BG-COMMANDER-JR with this setup for control of the cameras.
Scenario:
- An organization wants to record quarterly presentations or investor briefings from their conference room, with the ability to switch between speaker, slides, and reaction shots.
Solutions:
- Multiple PTZ cameras for presenter, audience, and side angle views.
- Production switcher for live cuts, title overlays, and branding.
- NDI/IP or USB output into OBS or streaming software.
- Joystick controller for camera management during the session.
- Direct recording to a PC or local server.
Below is an example of what a presentation room might look like. We have 3 of our BG-ADAMO-JR cameras, which are being controlled by the BG-COMMANDER-JR. The HDMI from those cameras is being fed into the BG-QUADFUSION-JR (and if you wanted you could upgrade the cameras to the ADAMO-4K as well as the production switcher to the QUADFUSION-4K). From there we also have a presenters computer being routed into the QUADFUSION through HDMI so that it has access to the computer slides. We have a USB out to the streaming PC so that it can record or stream the whole presentation as well as a program out HDMI going into the projector for viewing in a large audience environment.
