BZBGEAR sets a new standard in HDMI extension, delivering features typically reserved for high-end AV systems. While many extenders compress signals to achieve distance, our solution maintains full 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 resolution without compression - preserving pristine image quality even at long distances.
Combined with locking connectors for a secure installation, auto signal equalization for consistent performance, and a durable wall-mountable design, this solution showcases BZBGEAR’s commitment to delivering forward-thinking, installation-ready solutions that go beyond standard HDMI extension technology.
What is a COAX Cable?
Ideal for large venues, government facilities, and cross-building installations, it features bi-directional IR control and a plug-and-play design for easy setup. Leveraging the durability and shielding of RG6 coax, this extender ensures high-quality, interference-free signal transmission across long distances, making it a reliable and scalable solution for professional AV systems. The ability to transmit uncompressed HDMI up to 363 feet (110 meters) over a single coaxial cable makes it a powerful solution for venues where traditional HDMI cabling is impractical or unreliable.
A coaxial cable is a type of electrical cable specifically designed to minimize signal interference. Widely used in professional applications, coax cables offer fast data transmission, excellent signal protection, and greater physical durability compared to many other cable types. Among the most common variants is the RG6 coaxial cable, featuring a thicker 18 AWG conductor. RG6 cables are ideal for high-bandwidth and high-frequency equipment, delivering superior signal quality and performance.

This is not a product we carry, at least not in this category, it would be a converter.
With our BG-EXHOC you can send a 4K signal up to 363ft. This is a 4K HDMI extender using a single coax cable that also has bi-directional IR control. The unit also has multi-channel audio support.

Our BG-EXHOC is a fantastic choice for a sports bar that already has a coax distribution system. The BG-EXHOC is a 4K HDMI extender that utilizes coax cables to send the signals. This unit will allow for the signal to be extended up to 363ft.
No, our BG-EXHOC will allow you to get a stable HDMI signal up to 363ft while using your already existing RG6 cables. This is going to be capable of delivering a 4K@60Hz signal.
Our unit does not have a loop out port, so unfortunately not.
The main difference between the two different methods is simply the cable that they utilize. Cat6 is generally a bit more modern and Coax is a bit more legacy, so if you’re trying to extend a signal in an environment that already has coax cables then you should go with a coax extender!
The first thing you should do is to ensure that everything is properly connected and plugged in. After that we’d recommend that if you’re still having issues to test the cables and the units individually. However please feel free to contact our tech support if you’re having an issue with your BG-EXHOC unit!
