With the BZBGEAR Trade-In program, we will take your old devices and credit you towards your next purchase. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way to amplifying your world!

• Fill out the evaluation form below. We will contact you with a price estimate for your used equipment.

• If the price estimate is agreed upon, we will apply that credit to your new purchase. We will then send your new device along with a prepaid shipping label. You will be responsible for properly boxing the equipment.

• Once your new device and prepaid shipping label are received, you have 15 days to determine if you are satisfied with your trade-in.

If you are satisfied, return your used equipment with the prepaid shipping label.

If you are not satisfied, simply return the new device with the prepaid shipping label and we will credit back the full purchase amount.
