Paid Shipping Options
Ground Shipping
FedEx Ground provides reliable delivery with up-to-date tracking information for your convenience. Delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer FedEx air shipment options, including Overnight, Second Day, and Express services, all with guaranteed delivery times. Each shipment includes real-time tracking updates for your convenience. BZBGEAR reserves the right to select the most efficient air shipping method to optimize or reduce delivery times. International Customers
We provide international shipping through FedEx. During checkout, customers can view available rates and select their preferred shipping options.

Shipping Destinations
U.S. Customers
We ship to all locations within the United States, including U.S. territories. For deliveries to P.O. Box addresses, shipments will be sent exclusively via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
International Customers
We ship internationally; however, certain products may be restricted from export due to manufacturer or regulatory limitations. For shipments to P.O. Box addresses, delivery will also be handled exclusively via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery Times
Expected delivery dates depend on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items in your order. Please note that these dates are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to various factors. Items that are not regularly stocked may not adhere to the estimated delivery dates, and orders may arrive in separate shipments.
Our shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number from us within 12–24 hours after placing your order. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update on the courier's website.

Most items ordered from our website are available for pick-up at our warehouse in Sacramento, California. Pick-ups are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. To arrange a pick-up, please contact our customer service team during business hours, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
When collecting your order, please bring a valid Federal or State-issued ID for verification. We’re happy to accommodate local pick-ups to provide added convenience for our customers.
