Return Criteria

  • The product must be in its original condition, free from any damage, scratches, or wear.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

  • Products are eligible for return within 60 days of the delivery date.

How to Proceed with a Return

  1. Prepare the Product for Return

    • Once you receive the RA number, label the package clearly with the provided RA number.
    • Ship the package to the return address specified by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
