We Offer a 60-Day Return Policy
Our primary aim is to ensure your total satisfaction with both our services and products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in pristine condition, complete with all original packing materials (such as accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging, with the UPC code intact. If these conditions are not met, returned items may incur a minimum 30% restocking fee or the return may be voided. Returns must be securely double-boxed to prevent damage during shipping. If a product is damaged in transit, this could result in deductions from your refund or a complete void of the return. Products damaged by the customer will be sent back to the customer at their expense, without a refund.
Claims for missing items or items damaged upon arrival must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Defective items sent back to us within 60 days may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion with the same model or an equivalent model.
