The BG-SDITPG is a 12G-SDI test pattern generator that can generate test signals at resolutions up to 3840x1260@60Hz. Designed for video production environments, the BG-SDITPG is an essential part of any video crew’s toolkit. Encased in a durable metal housing, this unit is equipped with carefully chosen still and moving test patterns that allow video engineers to quickly test SDI equipment and cabling.

If troubleshooting a video display is necessary, a video test pattern generator may be necessary. Video test pattern generators can help AV technicians fine tune displays in various categories in the field. As an advanced SDI pattern generator, the BG-SDITPG supports multiple SDI formats such as 12G, 6G, 3G, HD, and SD. It also multi-pattern support to test different kinds of display characteristics.

Features

The BG-SDITPG video test pattern generator supports a maximum resolution of 4K2K@60Hz. With two simultaneous 12G-SDI outputs, users can test two signal chains at once. The test patterns can be transmitted at 12G/6G/3G/HD/SD-SDI formats, ensuring full compatibility with legacy systems.

This unit can also generate up to 8 channel AES compliant audio signals at 48kHz sampling rate. The easy-to-use interface of the BG-SDITPG is operated using the LCD screen and 4 top cover buttons.
