From April 15th to 19th, the Las Vegas Convention Center will host the NAB Show, an annual event produced by the National Association of Broadcasters. This conference brings together thousands of content professionals from the media, entertainment, and technology industries worldwide.
At the NAB Show, the biggest names in broadcast, media, and entertainment technology will showcase their latest products and innovations. This is the perfect opportunity to experience live demonstrations and get hands-on experience. As NAB puts it, "The 2023 NAB Show Centennial will be the pinnacle for all in the global broadcast, media, and entertainment industry. A portal to next-generation technology. If you’ve been around, you’ve seen the BG-ADAMO-4K: The AI auto-tracking BG-ADAMO-4K outputs 4K@60Hz and supports HDMI, 12G-SDI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and LAN. It sports LED tally lights, a microSDXC card writer with 1 TB capacity, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) while being offered in 12x and 25x optical zooms.
The Adamo is also available in NDI|HX 3 (BG-ADAMO-4KND) and Dante AV-H (BG-ADAMO-4KDA) models. Control the Adamo with RS232, RS422, web GUI, IR remote, or control app BG-PTZ-Control—a free proprietary PTZ control software for Windows, Mac, and iOS.
Introducing the BG-ADAMO-JR: The BG-ADAMO-JR outputs 1080p@60Hz and supports HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and LAN. It sports LED tally lights, a microSDXC card writer with 1 TB capacity, and Power over Ethernet (PoE). Control the Adamo with RS-232, RS-422, web GUI, IR remote, or control app BG-PTZ-Control—a free BZBGEAR proprietary PTZ control software for Windows, Mac, and iOS. The BG-ADAMO-JR offers three lens options: 12X optical zoom, 70.3 FOV; 20X optical zoom, 60.04 FOV; and 30X optical zoom, 58.1 FOV. Additionally, it has smooth PTZ functions and advanced image processing. The BG-ADAMO-JR will also be available with NDI|X3 and Dante AV-H for network-based production.

Of course, we wouldn’t bring PTZ cameras without also bringing along some of our joystick controllers! This year, we are bringing along two very special joystick controllers that cover both sides of the coin. What do we mean by that?
Introducing the BG-COMMANDER-JR: The BG-Commander-Jr is a compact, professional-grade joystick controller designed for a variety of small to medium-sized applications. It features a 2-axis joystick and zoom bridge key design for refined control, durability, and stability, ensuring smooth and precise camera movement. This controller also has 7-level PTZ speed control, knob-style controls for adjusting exposure and gain, and supports integrated VISCA, UDP, and PELCO P/D control protocols in addition to RS232, RS422/RS485, and IP(UDP) interfaces. Real-time preset set, call, and reset functionality are available on the main display screen, and the responsive silicone buttons are backlit for easy use in low-light environments.
Introducing the BG-COMMANDER-PRO: The BG-Commander-Pro is a versatile and powerful PTZ camera joystick controller designed for large-scale video projects. It features a 7" touch screen with real-time footage previewing, HDMI projection, and total PTZ control including presets, focus, zoom, and exposure. With support for up to nine camera inputs, it can create a 2x2 or 3x3 video wall via connected cameras RTSP streams. It is highly customizable and can add over 2000 devices. This user-friendly device can be upgraded through a standard USB flash drive, utilize an external mouse/keyboard, and record RTSP streams or take screenshots using the available Micro-SD expansion storage slot. The Commander Pro also features multiple control ports, making it ideal for large-scale video projects.
Introducing the BG-4K-VP44 and BG-4K-VP88. These video processors support up to four or eight HDMI inputs that can be independently routed to HDMI outputs with matrix functions, multi-viewer capabilities, and video wall configurations. They offer high-quality imagery with pristine detailing and rich color, displaying up to four or eight pictures on the same screen with multiple split display modes and a max resolution of up to 4K@60HZ 4:4:4.
