Free Shipping Options:
Free Ground Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on every purchase of $300 or more in the contiguous United States or certain brands and products. Please choose the " Free Ground Shipping (USPS/FedEx/UPS) " option at checkout. BZB Gear will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure a safe and quick delivery of your order.
Free Expedited Shipping
We offer Free Expedited Shipping in the contiguous United States for certain brands and products. They are indicated with a “ Free Expedited Shipping ” icon on the product page. Depending on your location, you should receive your order in 1 – 3 business days. BZB Gear will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure a safe and quick delivery of your order. Free Expedited Shipping is not available for PO Boxes.
Paid Shipping Options:
FedEx Ground
FedEx provides up-to-date tracking information. Ground service takes anywhere from 2 – 7 business days for delivery depending on destination. FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Air Shipment via FedEx
All air shipments such as Overnight, Second Day, and Express methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each air shipment. BZB Gear has the right to choose between air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. For guaranteed delivery of multiple items with expedited shipping, please contact our customer service representative for personalized assistance to get your items delivered to you when you need them.
International Customers
We offer shipping via USPS/FedEx/DHL for our international customers. Customers can view rates and select different shipping options during checkout.
Shipping Courier Accounts
Please contact our customer service representative if you would like to use a personal/company shipping account.
Shipping Destinations
U.S. Customers
We ship anywhere in the U.S. and U.S. territories. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service only.
International Customers
We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the U.S. based on manufacturer restrictions. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service only.
Delivery Times
Expected delivery dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. Expected delivery dates are estimates only. Orders can be delayed due to a number of reasons. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Our shipping cutoff time is 12:00PM PST.
You should receive a tracking number from us within 12 – 24 hours after you place your order. Tracking information may not be updated immediately on the courier's website.
All orders are subject to approval by our order verification department. We will notify you by phone or email in case we need additional verification information for your order.

Note: For Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam, there are no UPS/FedEx options. Please choose either USPS Priority or USPS Express shipping methods.
Local Pick-Up
Most items ordered from our website can be picked up from our warehouse in Sacramento, California. Will calls are allowed with appointments only. Please call our customer service team to set up an appointment between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM PST. When picking up your order, you will need to provide a valid Federal/State ID.
